Frequently Asked Questions

Travel into the hotel on Thursday September 26, and check in at the front desk.

Around 5pm, Birthright International opens registration, which will be set up near the banquet room (signs and hotel will direct you). Visit Birthright International to check-in with us, pay any outstanding balance and receive your welcome package. 

Birthright International will host a "hospitality suite" which is an opportunity to meet and greet other Birthright members while having some snacks!

Programming will run: 

Friday 9am-4pm 

Saturday 9am-3pm 

Saturday Banquet 6pm

Convention concludes with a banquet dinner and traditional Convention closing (if you haven't been before, this part is really special!) 

Cash bar precedes the banquet, opening around 530. 

Banquet dress code is more formal - feel dress to dress up and enjoy an evening with friends. 

Whatever you are comfortable in! Business casual seems to be the way most people go, but we welcome you with whatever you chose to wear! 

The banquet is an opportunity to dress up a bit, but there is no specific requirements! 

We understand that things can change quickly and you may need to cancel. All cancellations must be made through Birthright International. The deposit is nonrefundable, though we do our best to accommodate extenuating circumstances.
